How do I get an invite code?

Invite codes are distributed by existing Coupon Hub members and through promotional campaigns run by our partner brands. If you received a code from a friend or saw one in a brand newsletter, you can redeem it directly on the home page. We do not sell invite codes directly.

My invite code is not working. What should I do?

First, double-check that you have typed the code exactly as it appears, including any hyphens or capitalisation. Codes are case-sensitive. If the code was issued as part of a limited campaign, it may have expired or reached its maximum redemption count. Contact support@coupon.di4u.cc with the code and the source where you received it, and we will investigate.

How will I receive my coupon after redemption?

Once a redemption is accepted, the discount code or voucher will be sent to the email address registered on your account, typically within a few minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox after ten minutes.

Can I use the same invite code more than once?

No. Each invite code is tied to a single redemption per account. Some campaigns allow a limited number of total uses across all accounts, after which the code becomes invalid regardless of whether you have personally used it before.

Is my personal data safe?

We store only your email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not store payment information, and we do not share your details with advertisers. Please see our Terms of Service for the full data handling policy.

How do I delete my account?

Send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@coupon.di4u.cc with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process the request and confirm deletion within five business days. Note that any unused invite codes associated with your account will be invalidated upon deletion.
