2. Invite Codes and Redemptions

Invite codes are issued for specific promotional campaigns and may carry expiration dates, usage limits, or regional restrictions. Coupon Hub does not guarantee that any particular code will be valid at the time of redemption. Codes have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Coupon Hub in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to redeem codes you did not legitimately receive, using automated tools to submit redemption requests, scraping platform content, or interfering with the operation of the service. Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to applicable legal authorities.

4. Privacy and Data

We collect your email address, hashed password, and basic redemption history. This information is used solely to operate the platform and communicate with you about your account. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to process a redemption with a partner brand or as required by law. 5. Limitation of Liability

Coupon Hub is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability of any coupon, the value of any discount, or uninterrupted access to the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coupon Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
